Ronco Scrivia (Genova, Italy), May 20th, 2026 – Racing Force Group, through its brands OMP and Bell Racing, is the most represented supplier of safety equipment at the 110th Running of the Indianapolis 500, the flagship race of the INDYCAR championship and the most prestigious motorsport event in the United States.
This marks a historic milestone, especially for OMP, which equips 14 drivers and has become the leading racewear manufacturer with 42% of entries, capping a rapid growth trajectory. This performance is further reinforced by Bell Racing’s presence, with 22 drivers wearing its helmets, accounting for 65% of the field.
In addition to the 10 full-time drivers competing in the NTT INDYCAR Series, including Alexander Rossi and David Malukas, who qualified on the front row, OMP is also supplying racewear for Conor Daly, Ed Carpenter, Jacob Abel, and Jack Harvey for this occasion. The usual roster also includes Team Penske, featuring two-time winner Josef Newgarden and Scott McLaughlin, as well as the new additions from Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing and ECR teams, both of which have switched to OMP this season.
Bell Racing, which boasts more than seven decades of history at the Indianapolis 500 and secured its first of 33 victories in 1958, equips other top drivers such as Kyle Kirkwood, Marcus Ericsson, Will Power, and four-time winner Helio Castroneves. The lineup also features Katherine Legge, the only woman competing, and Mick Schumacher, set to make his debut at the iconic event.
Racing Force Group’s presence at the Indianapolis 500 also includes Driver’s Eye™, the world’s smallest microcamera for live broadcast, patented and developed by its electronics division Zeronoise. Starting this season, it has become an integral part of television coverage for all INDYCAR events, following the agreement signed with FOX Sports.
The 2026 Indianapolis 500 will take place on Sunday, May 24.
