Bell Racing, Disney and Formula 1® unite for an exclusive charity initiative

Bell Racing brand is proud to announce the collaboration with global entertainment company Disney and Formula 1®, in support of a unique charitable initiative benefiting Make-A-Wish International. Bell Racing has provided two HP77 carbon-fiber helmets, the same model used by 14 drivers on the current Formula 1® grid. Featuring exclusive Formula 1® branding, the helmets are being auctioned to raise funds for Make-A-Wish International, the renowned nonprofit organization operating in nearly 50 countries and dedicated to granting the wishes of children and teenagers aged 3 to 17 living with critical illnesses.

The livery of the two helmets was designed by Bret Iwan, the official voice of Mickey Mouse, with the creative direction of Bobby Kim, Global Creative Director of Disney Consumer Products. The helmets feature a matte black base with high-gloss graphic elements, combining bold red and yellow accents alongside Mickey Mouse artwork and Formula 1® branding. A subtle Make-A-Wish star appears just behind Mickey Mouse’s shoe, reading as a trailing sparkle as he races forward, adding both magic and meaning to the design. The concept places Mickey Mouse in a racing environment through graphic detailing, racing numbers and track-inspired striping.

“Motorsport is not only about competition; it is also a community that can come together to support meaningful causes. We were therefore proud to contribute to this initiative led by Disney and Make-A-Wish by providing two of our Formula 1® helmets, transformed into unique collector’s items through their special design – commented Mohamed Albareeq, Marketing Strategy & Growth Director of Racing Force Group -The proceeds from the auctions will help Make-A-Wish continue its mission of granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses and their families. Being part of a project with such a positive impact is a source of great pride for the Bell Racing brand and the whole Group”.

The first helmet was signed by 20 Formula 1® drivers during the British Grand Prix weekend at Silverstone, including Make-A-Wish France ambassador and Bell Racing athlete Pierre Gasly, and is being auctioned through the official F1 Authentics platform, operated under license by Memento Exclusives. Net proceeds* will benefit Make-A-Wish International, helping to grant life-changing wishes for children and their families in the organisation’s territories. The second helmet will be showcased at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, taking place from August 14 to 16, 2026, in Anaheim, California, where fans will have the opportunity to see the second helmet up close.
