New in 2007, the T-6 Interceptor is Bell's latest development for high speed forms of racing. The T6 was used exclusively by Bell's Indy Car drivers in 2006, including 2005 Indy Car and Indy 500 Champion Dan Wheldon, 2005 Indy Car and Indy 500 Rookie of The Year Danica Patrick and 2006 Indy Car and Indy 500 Rookie of The Year Marco Andretti, and was introduced at the 2006 Indy 500.
The ultra lightweight T6 features a V-Top configuration to help accelerate airflow and eliminate buffeting and lift at high speeds. The helmet also features a rear wicker that improves helmet stability. The innovative front vents are designed to collect airflow and redirect it through internal vent channels to eliminate shield fogging.
Bell Racing Helmets are pre-drilled specifically for use with HANS Clips and the HANS device. Consult the manufacturer of any other head and neck restraint device for proper use and installation as hardware and mounting locations may be different.

The finest racing helmet available, in my opinion. I've had two horrible crashes in the past two years, one that bent my chassis beyond repair, and each time my Bell helmet kept me injury-free. I owe Bell a deep debt of gratitude for providing me with such a top-notch helmet.
