Bell Sponsored driver Tracy Hines became the winningest USAC driver in history at Raceway Park in Indianapolis, Ind. Thursday night, scoring his 13th win at the .686-mile paved oval to break a tie with Mike Bliss and Dave Steele. Hines led all but the first three laps in dominating the “Rich Vogler Classic” presented by J.D. Byrider.
